This special project for our customer in the car rental industry features a unusual pent roof. The building is used for automotive preparation, cleaning and valeting. It covers 45.93 x 27.89 ft with 13.12 ft walls. With a ground snow load of 13.31 lb/ft² and an additional roof load of 41 lb/ft², it is equipped for all weather conditions.
The roof and wall cladding consists of white sandwich panels which make the building look good and provide excellent insulation.
Access is provided by four 13.12 x 11.48 ft insulated electric roller doors for smooth operation. There’s also an emergency exit door for added security, as well as galvanized gutters to drain rainwater away from the building.
